Credit to the Toronto Star today for calling terror by its rightful name by referring to Hezbollah as a bona fide terrorist organization. In an article by foreign affairs investigative reporter Robert Cribbs, the following was stated in relation to the release of the Panama Papers leak:
“Company-wide, Mossack Fonseca has worked with at least 33 individuals or companies that have landed on the Treasury Department’s OFAC list, according to an ICIJ analysis of the firm’s internal files. The offshore companies are alleged to have been involved in wrongdoing, such as doing business with Mexican drug lords, terrorist organizations like Hezbollah or rogue nations like North Korea and Iran.”
We look forward to ensuring that the Star is consistent in its description of Hezbollah as a terror group.
