Rocket From Lebanon Hits Journalists in Israel

by Mike Fegelman

The Associated Press has just reported that:

"Rockets fired by Lebanese guerrillas hit a group of journalists working in the northern Israeli town of Nahariya on Thursday, injuring at least one person."

A Reuters report confirms the injured journalist, Rami Amichai, is a Reuters cameraman. He was filiming in Nahariya when his leg was hit by flying shrapnel after a rocket landed nearby.

Last night a rocket that landed in Nahariya killed an Israeli woman and wounded 120 others.

Meanwhile, today rockets landed in Haifa, Israel’s third-largest city.

Also under attack are the cities of Safed and Carmiel.
