A London Telegraph newswire this week published in the National Post fanned the flames of scandal by reporting that Israel “has been accused of racial segregation” thanks to new bus lines offering West Bank Palestinians direct transportation to Israel. Unfortunately, leaving facts and context out of the media and overlooking true apartheid and incitement in Arab countries and in the Palestinian Authority helps explain why ignorant accusations of “blatant Israeli racism” continue to be so easily and wrongly parlayed into headlines.
Our letter published today explained the truth about the Israeli bus service for Palestinians:

How come we hear no outrage at the many signs forbidding Jews from entering PA towns? If not outright forbidden, some signs only warn Jews that it’s dangerous for them to enter the PA town. A car rental agency told us we’re not allowed to visit Palestinian territory. Yet Arabs are all over Israeli landscape, and their presence is especially strong at the shopping malls. So who is discriminated against in Israel? It’s obvious the news media cares less about Muslims and more about showing outright hatred of Jews. It’s about time everyone just admitted it: Israel is hated among the nations, as the Bible says it will be, in calling it a set-apart nation.
I contacted The Daily Mail U.K. who replied with the usual letter of receipt to my correspondence.
