Earlier today, Headlines and Deadlines reported that CBC Online erroneously claimed that Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert met with exiled Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal in a Cairo meeting this past April.

HonestReporting Canada contacted CBC editors who promptly issued the following correction:
