  • June 5, 2019: CBC Radio Wrongly Claims Mike Pompeo “Admits” that U.S. Mideast Peace Plan is “Tilted in Israel’s Favour: CBC did, however, acknowledge that their program’s use of the word “tilted” was an unfortunate choice of words to characterize Pompeo’s remarks, since it was Mr. Miller who himself used that word.
  • June 17, 2014: Contrary to CBC’s claims, Hamas has not been silent about the abductions of three teenage Israelis, they have praised the kidnappings. HRC’s efforts ensured that a directive was sent by senior CBC executives to its journalists.
  • Sept 23 2009: On-Air Correction: “A correction to an item broadcast last night. In one of our introductions yesterday we said that ‘Israel annexed Jerusalem’ in fact it was only East Jerusalem that was annexed.”
  • Jan 17 2008: Apology – According to a senior editor at CBC: “Again, in your November 27 e-mail you drew our attention to an error in a report by CBC Washington correspondent Michael Colton on the November 26 editions of THE WORLD AT SIX.  The report referred to “’Israel’s war with Lebanon,’” you wrote, but Israel never declared war on Lebanon. Of course, in the summer of 2006, as you pointed out, Israel was not at war with Lebanon, but was fighting Hezbollah, the Shiite irregular forces in Lebanon. It was an inadvertent error.”
